Energy consumption was reduced in heating the above building by replacing the existing boiler/burner with new technology natural gas ones. The buildings ecological standards were therefore improved. An enclosure for the installation of the new meter and pressure controller was built. The external pipework was layed in trenches with manholes such that the damage to the existing garden would be minimized.
