• Issue of Energy Performance Certificates for rental and sale of property. Georgios Moutzouris is a certified energy inspector from the Ministry of Environment Energy & Climate Change.
• EPC is required for the complete building or part of it bigger than 50,00 sqm. Storage facilities, parking lots, gas stations, and industrial buildings are excluded.
• EPC is valid for 10 years provided that no changes or interventions on the building envelops or the electromechanical equipment are done. For example: fuel change in the boiler requires a new EPC.
